The project was originally planned as a six-month initiative; however, its success led to it becoming an ongoing endeavor supporting future Call of Duty titles.
Collaborated with internal teams and external product owners to assess and address ML & Segmentation requirements for the latest Call of Duty title and COD Mobile.

This project spanned three years and subsequently transitioned into the In-Game Content project (detailed below).
Oversaw the management of three dedicated internal teams from project initiation through to maintenance.
Converted requirements from the product owner into actionable user stories for team execution.
Assisted the design team in prototype testing prior to conducting a feasibility discussion with frontend and backend teams.
Led multiple kickoff meetings, including sessions for design requirements with the product owner and feasibility discussions for frontend and backend teams to review the UX prototype and provide estimates.
Facilitated backlog grooming and refinement sessions across teams, ensuring comprehensive input before work commitment.

Coordinated with the Marketing Technology team on event scheduling, and synchronized deployment schedules with the Companion App and QA teams.

Following the transition of the COD Companion App to the In-Game Content project, the CMS project evolved into an ongoing Web & In-Game Store program.
This ongoing program was subsequently divided into two smaller programs: the Web Store, which remained within our department, and the In-Game Store, which was transitioned to Demonware.
Collaborated with studios and the Marketing Technology team to gather requirements for store events.
Coordinated the project plan for the backend teams in alignment with the frontend team.
Facilitated demos prior to deployments.
Mentored the project manager taking over the Web Store program through estimation and planning phases.
Assisted senior engineers in developing high-level estimations to initiate the planning process.

Collaborated with Activision IT to obtain necessary access for connecting monday.com boards to our Jira projects.
Generated cross-project reports for our directors, including Workload vs. Capacity visualizations, Milestone Release plans, and Gantt views to provide an overview of all projects.

Conducted research to identify automations that could optimize manual data entry after ticket transfers from Jira, preparing the boards for general reporting.
Collaborated with Activision IT to obtain the necessary access for integrating third-party automations within monday.com.
Implemented automations such as AutoBoost and ColumnMagic across all boards to enhance data entry and reporting processes in monday.com.
Some automations included, but were not limited to, converting Level of Effort (LOE) to Workload, merging Start Date and End Date into Duration, and connecting boards for generating dependency reports.
